if I can't use 'event capturing', I must attach event of all of images.

Not necessarily. You can use event delegation:

eventie.bind( el, 'load', onCheck )

The useCapture argument is not required for event delegation. Read more about useCapture on stack overflow: http://stackoverflow.com/a/7398447/182183

I reopen this issue.
Your opinion is right! but, some of the events are not supported bubbling!

Following events are not supported.

Reference - http://stackoverflow.com/questions/5574207/html-dom-which-events-do-not-bubble

so, I test this cases.

To check loaded images I must use an event capturing.

What about supporting an event capturing?

Thanks for clarifying. I still feel like this feature is an edge case. I'll leave this PR open for a while to see if others are interested.

Also note, I'm dropping support for IE8 & 9 at the end the year, so I'm not likely to make any big changes to eventie any more.
