Redo website layout

change website to have the following structure:

Index.html:
-> main web page. will have a short intro to me, plus links to all my work / sites

commissions.html:
-> a commission page that lists out commission terms and conditions as well as prices

blog/
-> blogposts.html:
-> a page that lists all of my blog posts. essentially what's the main page of the website currently
-> post.html [ ]:
-> the posts themselves
