Python package procupine is not compatible with windows, needs to be fixed

Speech clients should support a notification sound if e.g. a timer is up. SuperSkill should therefore support a notification mapping which should by default just redirect to standard output

Add the possibility to kill pending skill threads. Add shutdown function for skills for clean up purpose.

Setup Icarus to be installable using pip

Skills should be installed with their own dependencies via pip. This will also take over update management for skills. Handle state cases:

1. Icarus is installed first, skills installed later
2. Skills are already installed and icarus is installed later (reinstall of icarus)

Add an offline option to the speech backend

Icarus needs an interface for Web frontends. This could be REST or maybe something more interactive

Context objects and Client implementations should support inquiries for topics, e.g. when information for a skill was missing

Adding a parsing option for speech messages to the bot

The config extraction from the settings.ini returns the string "false". Using this value in speechrecognition client directly for a boolean comparison instead of a string comparison leads to a permanent-on morse injection.

The default framework should support language settings
