direct access to Berlin Wall shape file without npm?

Hi @derhuerst ,

I checked your code, and being honest, it is the first time I deal with npm. I am looking for a shapefile of the berlin wall, and I have not been able to find it. Is it possible from your code to download a geojason, or a shp file to open in Geoda or R?

put the bare GeoJSON file inside the repo

some people don't want to use npm to require geo data

more info from Der Mauerbau am 13. August 1961:

Die Mauer war ein komplexes Sicherungssystem aus mehreren Ebenen. Vom Westen gesehen, bestand sie zunächst aus einer etwa 3,60 Meter hohen Sperrmauer mit Betonrolle an der Spitze. Das war die so genannte Vorderlandmauer – die Mauer, die der Westen aus dem Fernsehen kannte.

Doch bereits am Stadtrand sah die Mauer anders aus: Hier ersetzte stellenweise ein einfacher Metallgitterzaun den Beton. Was zwischen der Vorderlandmauer und der rund drei Meter hohen "Hinterlandmauer" lag, die den Abschluss im Osten bildete, war zu DDR-Zeiten Staatsgeheimnis.

Erst nach dem Fall der Mauer konnte sich die Öffentlichkeit über das System informieren. Zwischen Vorder- und Hinterlandmauer lag der Grenz- oder "Todesstreifen". Er besaß je nach Lage eine Breite von 30 bis 500 Metern – im Durchschnitt waren es 70.

Berlin wall as a Polygon

I'm trying to figure out whether a Point is in East or West Berlin. I need a Polygon shape to do that instead of a MultiLineString. Would be great to have the data in that format!
