Implement a test case for a 3D assembly by vertical stacking of its components. Include all components such as pin plenum, grids, nozzles, etc.

Obtain few group cross sections of the assembly and relevant parts of it for 1D neutronics + thermal hydraulics coupled simulations.

Need to redefine:

• Borated water as water + boric acid
• Gadolinia pin as enriched uranium + gadolinia
• Plates, Nozzles and Grid as some metal + borated water

Implement burnup of the assembly using the div option to divide the pins in an octant while retaining symmetry for faster run time.

Obtain parametrized XS from the assembly by making a branching calculation using the features of Serpent (no manual handling of state variables).
