Add new type of control Qs

Alex, as discussed on Telegram, please add a new type of control Qs to be used as attention check in surveys, like the examples below:

photo_2018-07-11_16-37-51
photo_2018-07-11_16-38-42

Only the wording of the Q is different, the answers are the same / essentially the same. If the answers(s) to the control Q and the previous Q do not coincide > Warning or Ban.

Note: Please, keep the other control Q type ("What was the last Q about?") as optional.
Thanks!

Rewards menu - upgrade

Make two separate menus under Rewards - one for TrustedReviews, one for DentaVox.

Set "USD 0.01 per question". For new survey type (Caries, Bruxism, etc.) the system should take the total amount of all questions added for the respective survey - regardless how many Qs the user has actually answered.

New registration flow

Users will be able to register only with Facebook and only if they have > 50 friends.
Old users will still be able to log in via username / password.

Remove Bullets & Replace Steps

Alex, please make following changes:

  • remove the bullets (circles) from the answer boxes in the surveys registered users take.
  • replace the word STEP with QUESTION for both welcome survey and standard surveys:

Survey import feature

Alex,
Is it possible to implement a survey import feature in DentaVox? Jeremias imagines it as a file/form like this:

Q1: …..
A1-1: ….
A1-2: ….
A1-3: ….

Q2: …..
A2-1: ….
A2-2: …. / TRIGGERS Q3
A2-3: ….
A2-4: ….

Q3: …..
A3-1: ….
A3-2: …. / TRIGGER: A2-2
A3-3: ….
A3-4: ….

It will not substitute the current way of uploading surveys, but can be more efficient. Please, let me know what you think. Thanks, Daria

Hide already taken surveys from the survey list / index

Alex,

Please hide all already taken surveys from the survey list / index page. In the new version of DentaVox that will come with a new design as well, we will have a separate statistics page for all surveys and people will be able to see the stats for all surveys there. I think we can do this change now.

"Triggers" usability tweak

Alex, please make this change:

capture

Text for the new instruction note:
To enable a trigger answer, first select the question from the dropdown and then type the number of the answer(s) that will trigger the present question.
Example: "Question text?" / One trigger answer: 1 (for the first answer), 2 (for the second answer, etc.); 2+ answers: 1, 2, 3, 4

Caries survey - trigger bug?

Alex, there is a problem with the sequence of Qs regarding bruxism. When you answer 41 b = 41:2, you should jump over to Q46, and now you see Q45. The first screenshot is before our short talk in Telegram, and the second is after I added 41:1 as trigger in ALL questions following 41:1. Please, check and advise ASAP. Thanks!

User Details (demographic)

Alex, as discussed please make following changes:

NEW USERS
Age, Sex, Location Qs (from the User Details survey) >> move at the end of the Welcome survey
The remaining Qs >> move at the end of the first survey to take after the registration

EXISTING USERS
All demographic questions should be technically integrated (“attached”) at the end of the next survey they take on DentaVox.

Note: You don't need to designate that these are demographic questions in any way, 'cause we aim the opposite effect. :)

P.S. Please, note we have deleted the last 2 questions which were related to DentaVox (how did you learn about DV? did you know it's part of Dentacoin?). So the text "Dentacoin is the first blockchain solution, specifically designed to serve the needs of the global dental industry through numerous smart blockchain-based solutions and a common industry-specific cryptocurrency. Learn more… (opens a new tab)" should be deleted, too.

Add a new metric for "too fast" answers

Alex,

In addition to the "average total time for taking a survey", please add a new metric to detect "too fast" answers: "average time for a set of questions" - let them be Q1-Q15. Control time: 5+ seconds per Q, if less = too fast

Ban rules

1st ban: 24 hours
2nd ban: 3 days
3rd ban: permanent ban
All this goes with an email

Add predefined set of answers to questionnaires

Make it possible to create sets of predefined answers/scales and just select the respective set instead of manually adding one answer at a time. For example, you can start with:

Yes
No
(I don't know)

Excellent
Very good
Good
Fair
Poor

Very satisfied
Somewhat satisfied
Neither satisfied nor dissatisfied
Somewhat dissatisfied
Very dissatisfied

Then we will create the other sets of answers / scales on our own.

Add "Back" button for admins to test survey scenarios

Alex, as discussed on Telegram, please add a back function for admins so that they can go back to previous questions and test the different scenarios. Now you have to answer all the questions and then start again to test the different logic. Thank you!

Copy answers from another Q

Enable following features:

  1. Save answers added manually as predefined answers for future use.
  2. Copy answers from another question.

Questionnaire Update - Pages

When you make changes on a given questionnaire, after clicking SAVE, the page should be refreshed/updated with the following message on top "The questionnaire has been updated successfully." and you should stay on the same page, and not be taken to the List page. Like it is now:

Caries survey - fine-tunings

After testing within the team, following comments came up (among others I've fixed myself):

  1. Q116-117 - scale questions. When you complete Q116, you go to Q117, but the screen scrolls down to the lower part of the question. Please, fix it.

  2. Also, correct font sizes - now answers/factors are with a bigger font than the questions.
    Size: Make them equally big.
Style: Questions - bold; Factors (in scale Q) - semibold/italic; Answers - regular

  3. Can we fine-tune the layout of the scale questions/answers a bit, for the time being - before the redesign, like this, for example:

scale-questions

  1. Please, find a way to avoid the obvious FAST FORWARD / jumping between the questions, because respondents are quite irritated by this. :)

Thank you! :)

Import/Export translation menu

Alex, something small, but eye-irritating - can you make this small improvement?

import-export

These two menus take up way too much space.

Edit Survey / Question

  1. Enable admins to go one step back if they have opened a certain survey question:
    edit-question

  2. Enable admins to edit questions by simply clicking on the text in this list:

Triggers questions

Alex, I have added the logic for all scenarios to the new Dental Veneers survey: https://dentavox.dentacoin.com/en/paid-surveys/dental-veneers

I will test it myself on Monday (16/7) and send it to the team as well.

I have one Q regarding the triggers - to be on the safe side, I've added trigger questions (not answers) in each question in order to keep the logic for each scenario intact. Can you set the trigger Q to be the previous Q by default so I don't need to select it myself every time?

Questionnaire 37 - bug

Questionnaire 37 (Caries) cannot be edited from the backend. When you try to edit it, you see the following screen:
image

Please, check.

DentaVox Menus

Please, rename/reorder DentaVox menu as follows:
dvox-menu

and edit the Questionnaire list as follows:
dvox-list

  • Please also allow the admin to filter/order surveys by name, category, award, status, type, etc. (add down arrows to column titles :) )- so we can quickly search them.

"Scroll To Bottom" button in Edit Survey

Alex, please add a quick "Scroll To Bottom" button (like the "Scroll To Top" already present) in the Edit Survey menu AND/OR find a smart way to quickly take admins to the "Add Question" section. With lengthy surveys like the new ones (Caries, Bruxism) you have to scroll down a lot until you reach that part. Thanks!
