Takes too long to response and issue with "send_request" function

Sometimes "is_internet_available" and "send_request" functions are taking too long to response. Adding "timeout=5" did not help. Also "send_request" function does not work every time.

Even if the user is connected to network and the URL is reachable with browser, the script cannot reach the payload URL,
Gives this error: Failed to establish a new connection: [Errno 11002] getaddrinfo failed')
