JetBrains CI Integration

This project is a plugin for all JetBrains IntelliJ-based IDEs that integrates with all popular CI services.

Currently it's in development, and the first release will only support CircleCI. In the future, I'd also like to add support for Heroku CI and Travis CI.

Ability to manually refresh the view

Add a toolbar button the tool window that allows the user to manually refresh the list of builds.

Move remote API requests into background tasks

To make the interface smoother, move remote API requests into background tasks and display loading spinners where appropriate.

Ability to restart a build

Add a toolbar to the tool window, with a button that allows the user to restart the selected build.

Automatically refresh tool window when settings are changed

The tool window should automatically refresh the view when settings are changed.
