The icon for this app is wrong, it looks nothing like it. Also the developer for the app changed the app name from "Music" to "Harmonoid". App can be found here: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.alexmercerind.harmonoid

I tried requesting a new icon but when I click the request it says that I have requested an app but nothing was sent. Is there anyway I could fix this?

Builds successfully, but crashes immediately when run

Mull Icon Out Of Date

No option to request updated icon in app so doing it here instead, mull has changed its icon to a badger and I think it would be cool to make it match the Fennec icon, or at least update it if you find the time.

F-Droid Release

What do you think of having Delta Icons on F-Droid?

F-Droid is an installable catalogue of FOSS (Free and Open Source Software) applications for the Android platform. The client makes it easy to browse, install, and keep track of updates on your device.

Delta makes Launchers lag.

While using KISS Launcher and chose Delta icon pack, it makes load Launcher for very long time, same with Xiaomi Launcher.
No lags when using default system icons or any other icon pack.

Clarification on icon creation rules

I don't know if it is only me but I found the contribution guidelines a little bit unclear on some points, on the icon design rules actually:

Fonts: are we supposed to use provided fonts for every text present in the icon ? I mean if the icon is mainly the brand name with its specific font, are we supposed to replace it anyway ?
Template: what do the two shades of grey represent ? Is it the background (flat color) in light grey and the content in the dark grey ?
Colors: I understood that we are limited to the provided palette (why the variants btw ? It is a bit confusing and hard to understand if it is the same palette or not, full & simple are very similar), with the possibility of using 25%/50%/70% white & 15%/25% black to shade them, but is it actually the case ? And what about the Transparencies versions (only in full palette btw ?), are they meant to be used on any other color or only on white ? And why is there only detailed shades for red ? Globally I find the rules on the colors not so clear, I don't get if it is because there is some liberty on it ?

All of this are only personal feelings on the points I mentioned - maybe they are not shared by anyone ^^' I've designed an icon with the rules as I understood them, see #819

P.S.: also, is there a tool/command recommended to minify SVGs ? I am not sure of how I did it ^^'

Color Pallette

Is there anywhere that I could find all the colors used in the icons or like a base-16 made with the core colors of this icon pack? I love this icon pack and plan to donate when I get my first paycheck! Keep doing what you're doing guys!

Support K-9 Mail for icon requests.

I just started using your iconpack and I like it very much, however some apps I use are still not supported. This is fine as you have a very good request system, however this doesn't support my mail client of choice, K-9 mail. I think this is an issue on your side, rather than theirs.

Memrize icon should depict a rocket ship instead of a bat.

The memrize icon is supposed to be a rocket ship taking off and not a bat. I think that the icon that was made was probably done so around Halloween and so there was a special holiday icon at the time.

CaPod F-Droid Icon support & Discord Icon not working

CaPod download from F-Droid repo (i use Droid-ify) does not get applied with Delta Icon even though CaPod icon exists. Also discord icon doesn't get applied, I have reinstalled discord multiple times, reapply the icon pack multiple times yet still does not change the icon.

Build failing due to errors in some file names

Building the pack from its sources is failing due to some errors in the format of some icons' names.

The file that raises this error at the time of writing this comment is app/src/main/res/drawable-nodpi/Trailforks.png

Can i submit multiple icons for the same app?

Hi,

Your iconset is really nice, but I use custom roms, no gapps, microg, f-droid...

I have been playing around with Yalp Store, but it seems pointless, because most of the apps that are free just like your iconset, if downloaded through Yalp Store, you can't open it, because it just sits doing a license check.

Can you please release this iconset outside of Google Play Store as a free .apk people can download here on GitHub?

[Feature Request] Neo-Launcher support

Neo-Launcher is an excellent open source launcher with many similarities to Lawnchair, and has integrated icon pack support, yet it does not recognize Delta-Icons and trying to set Delta-Icons in Neo-Launcher inside the Delta-Icons app does nothing, it is literally a black screen with a button that does nothing.

How to use Alt icons?

I want to use one of the alt icons for an app, is there a certain method or something I need to do for it to be applied?

Stuck on "Checking license ..."

So I recently updated your icon pack to the newest version and whenever I try to open your app, it is stuck on "checking license ...".

I am running a Sony Xperia SP with LineageOS 14.1 and running no gapps. I am running your icon pack on Nova Launcher however I want to change the icons for specific icons that aren't supported.

As for potential uses and alternatives there's Arcticons-Team/Arcticons#1859 as well. Obviously doesn't affect you quite as much without delta-adaptive yet, more of a heads-up for potential day 1 coverage.

Amaze File Manager icon isn't applied

Wrong Icon gets choosen for Icon request

Hello. So I was trying to request an icon, but I saw the link and data of the preformed email was wrong. So I had selected one app (100% sure), but the app below it was choosen. And, after that, the "free" request is not longer available, even though I haven't even sent the email.

Noticed a lot of icons have been merged but the app hasn't been updated yet...

can't pick custom icon in lawnchair

using last lawnchair 12 (#649 build, for example), with three dot menu -> experimental features -> per app icon customisation enabled, when I try to pick icon from Delta icon pack - there is no categories and icons at all, also when I press "open external picker" - Delta app just opens and I can't somehow send back to caller activity picked icon from there

I downloaded candy icons pack for testing - there I can pick icons
also I can pick system icons
so, I guess, there is some lack of up to date integration with icon picking thing in launcher

Are manufacturer camera and gallery icons not wanted?

I was thinking about making icons for the oneplus camera and gallery app but i noticed that no manufacturer specific camera and gallery icons are in the list right now. Is the idea to keep these apps independent or is there another reason for this?

Update icon for Google messages

The Google messages app (Messages by Google) has a nice updated icon. Would be nice if this can be incorporated into Delta.

palette.svg errors

"Outer space" is mentioned to be #494949 (RGB 73,73,73) but contradicts itself with saying it's rgba(74, 74, 74, 1) (which is #4A4A4A) right below it. The preview color is also 74,74,74. Noticed this while creating a txt of all colors. Pale gold preview color is actually the Peach orange color, while the text below Pale gold is correct, both rgba and hex. If I find more errors, I'll add them to this issue. (Or should I create a new issue?)

NOTE: I used a svg to png converter (http://svgtopng.com/), I haven't noticed any compression issues so far, but I might be wrong. However, it still remains that outer space has at least one error.

Outdated Icon for Outline

Outline seems to have updated their icon to something else, not sure how to request an update from within the app so I thought to open an issue for it to be included again in the requests.txt

Icon Transparency Issues

Hey Leif,

I noticed in the most recent update that a few of the icons I contributed seem to be suffering from some issues. I'll detail them below:

'Adobe XD' - Icon too big.
'Nascar' - White background has opacity
'Robin Hood Alt' - Has opacity

Is this due to errors in my contribution or could it be a separate issue? I'm happy to take steps to fix my icons if we can figure out what is causing them to appear different than intended.

For what it's worth, 'Duck Duck Go Alt' and 'Mixer' both look fine.
