Where do wke.dll come from?

Interesting project. Where do the Wke.dll's come from?
They do not seem to be part of the miniblink or Wke4Delphi repositories.

[Feature Request] Minimize to system tray
First, thank you for making this apps, it's load faster and have small footprint memory than the electronjs counterpart.
Second, please make it so have an option to minimize to tray instead closing it.
