The aim is to easily visualize results onto a website, without needing to compute urban sprawl on a local machine.

As the urban sprawl computations are still quite long, we could imagine to process urban sprawl evaluation a priori on a server, and to only serve plots to web app clients.

The project readme must be updated to figure out the new code possibility (mainly represented by the Luigi pipeline for now) and new figure versions.

As the operations are nicely organized from overpass requests to result plotting, we may undertake a data pipeline formalization, for instance through a Python ETL like Luigi (see doc).

The idea would be to ensure that each operation is well done, and that there is no need to redo it. This should be done through a CLI based on Luigi capabilities, let imagine the following command to plot any urban sprawl metric:

luigi --module urbansprawl.tasks PlotWhateverMetric --city-ref lyon --date-query 2018-12-20 ...

Use flake8 and/or black on the project to clean the project modules.
