maven dependencies to run this plugin

Hello,
Which maven dependency are required to run this plugin..?
I want to create similar kind of plugin on Bitbucket v4.9.1.

dependent class getScmHookDetails class not found

Hi,
I think I did everything right with my very first bitbucket plugins and they work fine but since I try to use ScmHookDetails, compilation runs through without errors but on runtime I get:

[INFO] org.springframework.beans.factory.BeanCreationException: Error creating bean with name 'my-domain.project.puppetDeploy.PushToMasterWarnHook': Failed to introspect bean class [my-domain.project.puppetDeploy.PushToMasterWarnHook] for lookup method metadata: could not find class that it depends on; nested exception is java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/atlassian/bitbucket/hook/ScmHookDetails

Could this be as well a bug in my bitbucket server version? I am running a development server using atlas-run from the atlassian-sdk:
