Currently we push packages to GitHub packages (this stage failing currently), however this is problematic for casual users to consume as they need to configure nuget config to access the packages. A better solution would be to publish to nuget.org

The current setup makes it difficult to use a variety of test scopes within tests - you're kinda forced to decide on a single scope type (namespace / class / namespace-and-children etc) when you setup your base-test implementation.
This is pretty limiting as, ideally, we'd want user of the framework to have full control at a per-fixture level on what scope is best suited to their test - and not require them to author multiple different base classes that differ only in scope type.
