Incremental Updates

Allow only updating the database with rows that have changed, instead of re-creating the entire database again.

Command line options

Customizable semesters to scrape, database file name, and other options.

Python 3 Rewrite

A complete rewrite of the project in Python 3 for speed and clarity.
