You need Mesa 23.1.X*, ffmepg 6.1 (unreleased), libplacebo v6 (released but no distro ships it yet due to VLC breaking). You can build all of those yourself to get vulkan support.

• While it may work on 23.1, it may be buggy, 23.2 should contain all the vulkan related changes

Upscaling profiles not working

For example when I play Mushi-Shi this is what I see: https://gyazo.com/294fcfd4ef00cffdf98305658cbb8e39
Isn't it supposed to show the Ravu scaler, and not ewa_lanczos? I'm using a 1440p display and haven't changed anything in the profiles nor the scalers. 1080p profile isn't working either.

EDIT: Nvm it works now, remove this.
