Unable to Restore Experiment

I successfully reproduced the performance of CEM, the overall scores are just like outcome of essay. But I failed to reproduce the outcome of Evolution Strategies basing on the code. I’ve tried the parameters that essay provided, however, the score of UAV is much lower than CEM.
Any possible assistance will be grateful.

installation is difficult

Your paper is interesting so I want to use your GitHub stuff. But it is difficult for me to install.
So if you can please re-write your customized scrimmage's install-binaries.sh for ubuntu 18.04 and 20.04.
