Build problem: `No module named util`

I installed allrgb by cloning the repo, and then from within the repo directory doing:

$ python setup.py build
$ sudo python setup.py install

Then running allrgb.py generate -i path/to/photo.png -o path/to/photo-allrgb.png returns the following error:

ImportError: No module named util

I'm using Ubuntu 13.04.

Add installation instructions
