update to 13 TeV estimate

currently only up to 30 PV

The output from Bacon of the TT_TuneEE5C_13TeV_powheg_herwigpp sample contains no events with vMatching values between (0,0.8). This includes both AK8Puppijet0_vMatching and CA15Puppjet0_vMatching. These events can be seen in the input files by calculating the deltaR between the leading AK8 jet and W boson daughter quarks.
The output from Bacon of the TT powheg sample does contain events with vMatching values between (0,0.8).

fNBTagsL counts loose b-jets with pT>30, |eta| < 2.5
fNBTagsM counts medium b-jets with pT>30, |eta| < 2.5
fNBTagsT counts tight b-jets with pT>30, |eta| < 2.5

fNJetsdR08 counts jets with pT> 30, |eta| < 4.5, dR > 0.8

fNFwd counts jets with pT>30, |eta| > 2.5

Add SingleMuon control region (for TTbar)
