Google calendar invites give MIME type: text/plain, then uses utf-8.

On line 213:

would make everything utf-8 output, or check to see if utf-8:

I'm not a good programmer, but hey.

super helpful script. I couldn't find pipermail or hypermail in my distros package manager and needed a quick way to convert mbox to html.

I did turn hardcoded values into self-explaining cli args and fixed some header decodings.

Would you want to see/have the patches? might lead to more users take a liking and send patches. I understand if you'd have no interest though. I'd post a fork then instead - if you add a license to the repository or code. Thanks again
