Improve commenting for readability

The rushed approach to this repo leaves a lot to desire regarding commenting.

Move hardcoded variables in separate files

Allow for settings to depict how a `.csv` is read, and how the data is coded

This must be restricted to a certain level, depending on the use case for this repository and effort I want to put into this code.

Refactor code to distinguish reusable and case-specific code

Reusable pieces of code will improve the transferability of it - with potential other use cases as well.

Wrap a simple GUI for non CLI users

Using a GUI wrapper for argparse CLI applications can turn a CLI interface into a simple GUI for non-CLI users. For example, Gooey (works for argparse) or Quick (works for click) create the GUI based on argument parsers present. A quick test showed that Quick does not handle prompts from click - not tested for Gooey.

Improve README to inform non-CLI users

This tool was created for a non-CLI using colleague. For their benefit so that they can use it themselves, the README should be low-threshold and non-daunting.
