Add support for streetcars

This commenter would like streetcar arrival times:

Unfortunately, this may be a little more complicated. The arrivals API doesn't return next arrival times for streetcars in the same way that it does for buses.

Also, the utterances, title, and entirety of this app is built around the assumption that people are using it for buses. Maybe the most elegant solution would to just build a separate app for streetcars.
