Currently everything is pretty much just thrown in there and hasn't been updated in a while.

Determine how to deal with host specific settings.

I'm leaning toward subdirectories with separate install configuration files since I don't have a lot of variation in configuration of machines instead of a full blown dotfiles_local repo as suggested by Anisha Athalye

I haven't been able to figure out what's causing this yet

gitignore_global is osx specific, move it.

Since I changed from RCM to dotbot rbenv is adding shims and versions directories to the dotfiles directory.
