A hal for swm050 chips. Large portions of this hal are based on the stm32f0xx-hal hal.

About

This is a very basic mcu. It has gpio and two timers. That's it. It doesn't even implement the SysTick timer.

Flashing

I use the branch from blackmagic-debug/blackmagic#401. Other options are using the jlink with some plugin by synwit or this openocd branch. You could also try using pyOCD with the pack file from the manufacturer.
