Suggestion: helper syntax for implementing IFn

I'll be the first to admit I don't know what that syntax should be, but I think implementing IFn could be made nicer somehow.

Suggestion: support default values other than nil

I quite often use records to represent state, and being able to default out (atom []) would be useful.

Something resembling the :or destructuring syntax would make sense, I think.
