Acquire and display stats about Second Life

Commentary:

slstats.sl provides commands that make it easy to load and view the basic stats about the Second Life grid and its economy. Included commands are:

slstats-signups - Displays the sign-up total.

slstats-exchange-rate - Displays the most recent L$ -> $ exchange rate.

slstats-inworld - Displays how many avatars are in-world.

slstats-concurrency - Displays concurrency data.

slstats-grid-size - Displays stats about the size of the Second Life grid.

slstats - Opens a window and displays all the above. The result looks something like this:

M-x slstats RET

slstats-region-info - Prompts for a Second Life region name and displays information about it in a window.

M-x slstats-region-info RET Clementina RET

slstats.el's Issues

Maps not displaying in Windows build of GNU emacs

If I use slstats-region-info in GNU Emacs for Windows (GNU Emacs 25.2.1 (x86_64-w64-mingw32) of 2017-04-24) the maps don't display correctly. insert-image-file (as used in slstats-insert-map) results in this:

screen shot 2017-05-18 at 11 38 32

This means that display-images-p is returning t but that it's not actually displaying the image. I get the same effect on a Windows 7 and a Windows 10 machine (with the same version of Emacs).

Ideally I should try and work out why this particular type of image won't display despite display-images-p saying that images can be displayed.
