Songs with exactly the same bitrate as requested which contain special characters such as ' fail silently to load

Failure is caused by an attempt to log an info message in get_song in blofeld/web.py

suppressing the calculation of the message as above is a functioning workaround.

Playing on-the-fly transcoded songs fails using Chromium's <audio> element

When trying to use Chromium's HTML5 element to play a song that needs transcoded, it fails. Console output shows several transcoder threads being started, but browser playback fails and it skips to the next song spawning another group of threads and so forth.
