Suggest the use of an extensions directory

Currently the standalone looks to Resources/SCClassLibrary for class extensions and /Resources/plugins for plugins. A single Extensions directory that both server and lang were pointed at would be easier to understand and more consistent with normal SC usage.

Relative paths not allowed in hardened programs

When trying to run the standalone master run.sh (SC 3.10.4) I get a dlopen error (running on Catalina).

*** ERROR: dlopen './Resources/plugins/GendynUGens_supernova.scx' err 'dlopen(./Resources/plugins/GendynUGens_supernova.scx, 2): no suitable image found.  Did find:
	file system relative paths not allowed in hardened programs'

With this error no class compiles and the Ugens are not working. Is there anything that can be done from my side to fix this dlopen error, or does it depend on the version of Supercollider (3.10.4)?

In the older standalone build for SC 3.6.6 the run.sh script executes without errors (noise is playing).

It would be so great to have this fixed, since this standalone package + Platypus is such an amazing way to use Supercollider scripts as standalone apps! thanks for this!!

Microphone permissions

I'm having troubles getting input from the microphone (or any audio) when running the standalone app-bundle made in Platypus. It does however work perfectly when running the executable from within the bundle - AppName.app/Contents/MacOS/ via Terminal. I tried running a s.meter with the app and it shows no input when running the app (but it does when running the exe). I think this has to do with permissions, but the app doesn't ask to be added to the permissions list when started. Tried codesigning also, doesn't work. I'm on macOS 10.14.6. It works on my friend's computer which is running 10.13.x so I'm guessing it's a problem that was introduced with Mojave, and has to do with the OS not allowing it, but I don't know how to get around it.

Couple the SC bleeding edge build?

Hi there,

Once again, thank you so much for this amazing project, it helps me a lot.
Unfortunately, I discovered that my standalone project relies on some code only present in the bleeding edge build of supercollider (namely the LinkClock.sc class).

I tried to replace the SCClassLibrary by the one from the bleeding edge build, but I guess it"s not as simple as that.

So my question: Is it possible to make the standalone helper to work with a different build/branch of supercollider? Preferably the bleeding edge build.

Problem with SC plugins

hi,

I added the SC plugins to the SCClassLibrary folder:
cp -r /Users/myUser/Library/Application Support/SuperCollider/Extensions/SC3plugins SCClassLibrary/SCPlugins

then I get the following warning (even if use the name "plugins" for the plugins directory):
i Compiling directory 'SCClassLibrary'
WARNING: Could not open directory: 'plugins'

and the following error:
exception in GraphDef_Recv: UGen 'ArrayMax' not installed.
*** ERROR: SynthDef temp__0 not found
FAILURE IN SERVER /s_new SynthDef not found
even though ArrayMax is part of the SCPlugins (and it works in the installed SC 3.12.2).

do you manage to use the SC plugins?

Platypus version of app doesn't receive audio input

Code works fine when run.sh is executed directly, but when packaged in Platypus it doesn't receive audio input. I realise this may be a Platypus issue, but do you have any advice? If so, might be good to add it to the documentation.

./Resources/sclang: No such file or directory

When I run an app compiled with Platypus I get an error:
/Users/alestsurkowork/Desktop/Run.app/Contents/Resources/script: line 9: ./Resources/sclang: No such file or directory

I have the same error if I run the script in terminal directly:
/Users/alestsurkowork/Downloads/sc_osx_standalone-master/run.sh: line 9: ./Resources/sclang: No such file or directory

I changed nothing in the template, just try to run what I downloaded.

hi,

if I include the wslib library I get the following errors:
ERROR: Class extension for nonexistent class 'Document'

any Ideas on how I can fix that?
