"it" is too imprecise in some cases about shell-genomics

Hi @jsgro, many of our instructors and learners are non-native English speakers (as am I) - thank you for signalling that the wording here might be unclear. May I suggest opening a draft-pull request, where all of the @datacarpentry/shell-genomics-maintainers can weigh in on the wording? Given the different language backgrounds, I am sure we can together come up with a solution that improves upon the current version.

Thanks for your comment, @jsgro. I agree with @aschuerch, your suggestion provides an improved way of approaching this section. Your alternative structuring below looks like a good fit to me. @jsgro, please feel free to open a draft PR.

We need to tell the computer that this script is a program by making the script file executable.
