We use firebase to store documents for fridges, wine, etc. We should document the structure of the database.

Starting point is the wine list.

1. Given a wine, I should be able to locate it in the cellar. Given that the list view won't have enough information, it will likely require another view, possibly by clicking on the wine in the list.
2. Given the locations of a wine in that view, I should be able to navigate to a specific bottle, or group of bottles in a fridge row. This should involve switching to the fridge row
3. Given a group of bottles in a fridge row, I should be able to consume the bottle.

When in the fridge view, I should be able to see how many empty spaces there are in each fridge, and row. Once fridges fill up, this makes it easier to figure out where to place wines.
