Extension Features:

• Open Associated product of configurable product will show configurable product.
• Based on Associated product URL Swatch Options will be auto selected.

How It will Work: Set Visibility as "Catalog and Search" to associated product. So, all associated product will be display on listing product. And customer will open product that product will load all options same as configurable product.

Use of Extension: I have created this extension for SEO purpose client want to show URL of associated products and in configurable product associated products visibility is "non visible individually".

Some suggestions

Hi Darshan,

Nice simple module you made! I would suggest wrapping the loadMedia call as follow in the swatch-renderer.js:

const checkAdditionalData = JSON.parse(this.options.jsonSwatchConfig[attributeId].additional_data);

            if (checkAdditionalData.update_product_preview_image == 1) {
                $widget._loadMedia();
            }

Cause with Swatches you have an option to not update the image when you select it and this listen to that :)

Other things I will probably put some time on will be SEO things. Would be great if also the rich snippets will be correct, breadcumbs are correct and the SKU of the product changes along with the rest.

not able to add child simple product of configurable product to Wishlist

after use this extension, customer is not able to add child simple product of configurable product to Wishlist because its not holding customer login session, please suggest/advice me what to do.

Product is not loaded

When a configurable product is disabled, but one of its childs is still enabled and visible in the catalog then the error "Product is not loaded" appears.
