Support evaluation when there are substituions amid a match.

So that users can paste player and lineup data, then get evaluation result on a web ui, rather than a old school style in terminal.

We should also take personality and form into account, since both could have positive or negative effect on player's real performance.

Support evaluation of long pass/shot.

Player can get tired, which will lead to a penalty to his skill. So it would be better if we could calculate indicators dynamically with different time.

The players' abilities will be affected when different team orders are applied, especially for middle field. So it is reasonable to respect it.

The current output of the script is a large chunk of JSON data, which is not friendly to end user. Consider fine tune the output to a more friendly way.

When there are boosts to middlefield brought by specific orders, LWB/RWB should not be treated as middlefield.
