We can pass strings for testing now?

Starting point for what features I think would be needed for a bare minimum implementation.

• Display Available Groups *
• Create Group *
• Enter Group *
• Receive Message
• Send Message

* I wouldn't have included group list/create/enter if the view wasn't in the skeleton already, this might be possible to cut that work out if we hardcore a single group at the start.

I feel creating a password and group/user name might not be necessary for this version.

This is just the user facing aspects of the feature, the details of how the Android version should be implement will likely be based on research into p2p APIs and hopefully possible compatibility with IOS.

IOS compatibility isn't absolutely necessary but it may prevent rewriting code in the future.

We need to decide on some of the specs of the app:

What api we want to perform the communication:
What is the minimum required SDK:
What language(Kotlin vs. Java):

I will create a WIP pull request for now while we discuss specs.
