Default dates when adding or editing assigments

The starting day of the assigment should be today and the end of the assigment should be 3 hours after the current date

Calendar navigaton bug

When navigation is used and the user gets back to the Report/Assigment Screen, the getAssigment request gets the current date, not the one, that is shown on the calendar
