This happens because of the empty lines in between comment blocks in the two files that are added by bashly add config:
bashly/lib/bashly/libraries/config/config.sh
Lines 10 to 12 in 1d4306e
bashly/lib/bashly/libraries/ini/ini.sh
Lines 27 to 29 in 1d4306e
You can remove them in your copy (src/lib). I will update the files for the next release.
