Why the autorelay.py needs to get "https://raw.githubusercontent.com/SpiderLabs/Responder/master/Responder.conf"

In source code, there's the function "adjust_responder_conf" that every time executing autorelay requesting for the link above and because there is no Internet access on machine, it fails and the autorelay.py gets error.
How can I solve this issue??

BUG: asking for password then errors out

Hi,
trying to test this in a lab.
installed the requirements, ran based on the readme, gets the following error.
no idea what password it's asking for.
