Get the damn tree class working.

Whenever the screen reaches the bottom and is scrolled, the keyboard doesn't send data back from scanf(). The keyboard works, yes, you can type and see the letters appear on-screen, but it doesn't send data back.

The current VFS sucks. It has a max on how many subdirectories there can be.
Currently no subdirectories.

I can run programs for sure, I've tried that out. However, many things don't work with the apps, such as strings: I can't do this:

char * str = "Hello!";
putchar(str[0]);

I can't do str[0]. If this is fixed, I'll pretty much be good to go for running programs, and I'll write and add some in the initial ramdisk.

Being able to run a program in a shell is pretty much mandatory.
