Fix the SMTP HELO to use a proper FQDN

You are currently not performing a proper HELO with FQDN:

Sep 26 17:19:21 mail postfix/smtpd[28331]: NOQUEUE: reject: RCPT from forward.cat[107.170.17.71]: 504 5.5.2 <primary>: Helo command rejected: need fully-qualified hostname; from=<[email protected]> to=<[email protected]> proto=ESMTP helo=<primary>

This will lead to REJECTs in 90% of the time...
