plugins using KUBECTL_PLUGINS_CURRENT_NAMESPACE are broken

With the changed plugin model in 1.12 kubectl won't be passing env vars like KUBECTL_PLUGINS_CURRENT_NAMESPACE anymore.

renaming kube-* plugins

Hi Dan,

We just published https://github.com/GoogleContainerTools/krew/blob/master/docs/NAMING_GUIDE.md which discourages kube- prefix from plugin names.

Would you consider renaming those plugins and submitting a PR (breaking change) to the index?

kubectl-pod_logs breaks on non-POSIX Mac shell

OSX bash doesn't like ,,
