Analyze the UX of navigation within forms.

Consider the different types of controls (e.g. single/multi-line text, select lists, suggestions, etc) and flow when making edits to previous submissions.

The aim of this task is to establish basic application structure and flow.

• Create main entry point TTYForm with new and render
