Images uploaded to the blog should be compressed.

Separate counts for blog and galleries

Stop writing in sidebar from overlapping with main content on narrow screens.

List view should display snippets from the start of each blog instead of each blog in it's entirety

eg for gallery vs project-wide

Remove orphaned images. Eg each time a thumbnail is changed the old version is kept. Also when an image upload is 'edited' (ie upload one image in Image model instance, edit it by uploading a new image) old one is kept. Look at django-extensions management command 'unreferenced_files'.

Have links to specific galleries - it's own page or it's part of the main page

Categories disappear in detail view

Current tab highlights but not when on a child page - eg /blog/2014 should highlight blog. However, only / should highlight home.

Use JS to add right and left click buttons on gallery image view - or full screen image view??

Shouldn't have to type in location of images

Make sure it shows up, doesn't overlap header, doesn't autoplay. aspect-ratio query?

Find a way to compress user uploaded images

Find ways to reduce spam (without captcha!) e.g hidden field, django-honeypot

Ensure slugs are always unique - even if titles are the same

Should they automatically update while user types while editing (as opposed to adding) a model?
It means urls will change -> only for unpublished models?

Allow future date to be specified for when blog will show up on site

Make site not look like a mess on smaller screens - either make it fully responsive, or always the same size (for now).
