I'm afraid I don't know anything about code insights - you're unlikely to get much useful support/ideas for that here. Maybe you might need to add inline comments to bitbucket server to get that working then?

This is something I'm a little confused about. Code Insights aside, do you know if Danger is aware of files/lines which are violating rules, and if so, how does it calculate this? Presumably via git diff
, or does it do it some other way?

Sure, by default all messages are global, but folks can report errors/warnings/markdowns on a specific file and line via code like:
warn("You shouldn't use puts in your Dangerfile", file: "Dangerfile", line: 10)

Ahhh, that makes sense. In that case, I'm happy to close the issue as it sounds like it's by design, as opposed to an issue. I wrote a test rule in the above style and it posted correctly to code insights. Many thanks for your help :)
