Thanks for this boilerplate! I'm very new to Yarn and Webpack, and this feels like a light enough implementation that I can really start to understand how it all works.

It looks like build/webpack.config.js is asking for a css sourcemap to be generated, but that doesn't seem to be happening. Wondered if this was true for other people, and if anyone had any advice to help me get that working?
