Running list of items detected during testing at Connectathon 35 (Jan '24):
1- udap_authorization_extensions_supported/udap_certifications_supported: Since these elements are empty arrays- we need to completely remove the udap_authorization_extensions_required/udap_certifications_required elements. Right now they're empty arrays too.

2- Global FHIR Authorizer isn't working correctly for Patient/$match. Since $match is a "POST" - i'm incorrectly categorizing it as a "write" request, and denying access even though proper read access is granted. Second- i need to make sure my API resources/paths are setup properly.
