What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a NWC file
2. Insert a whole-note rest.
3. Export NWCTXT (as attached)
4. Run nwc2musicxml over it
5. Crash!

MusicXML defines <syllabic> as being before <text> in a <lyric> element.

Nwc2MusicXml outputs the opposite ordering. Finale will not import it.

1. Create lyrics with diacritic characters like éèà etc.

the content of element type "part-list" in imcomplete, it must match 
'(part-group*,score-part | (part-group | score-part)*)"

This is not issue ticket, but I want to communicate to owner of this great 
program.

This app can play midi file nicely, but many files I am dealing is NWC.
Could you possibly enhance this app by adding function: read NWC directly.

In a multiple voices context, NWCtxt format does not give much info about 
voice. It can happen that two tied notes ends up in two different MusicXML 
voices. See attach file.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enter at least two bars of notation
2. Insert a keychange followed by a barline
3. Insert some notation

(Minimal example attached.)
