[New Feature] Add more logging and log output cli param

It would be nice to log more info about the sim behavior and payloads. But with more logs, the ability to turn them on and off would be necessary.

Question - is it possible to specify a data pattern?

I love what you've built, but I have a scenario where for a demo I need to simulate a freezer with a problem.

This pattern needs to look something like this, where the data repeats every n samples:

Have you thought about this kind of scenario? Is it possible within the current implementation?

Support for AWS IoT authentication

AWS IoT requires authentication using client certificates. e.g.: https://gist.github.com/skirdey/9cdead881799a47742ff3cd296d06cc1
