blender-2.8-rendering-with-background-image's Issues

How to add background image to final render?

Summary

Note: This question is specific to Blender 2.8

From my own Internet research, AFAICS Blender 2.8 by default does not support inclusion of the background image of a camera with rendering itself. This seems to be confirmed by my own experiments. Any clue how to enforce its addition?

How to reproduce

Start Blender in default mode

Select the camera and add a background image

Press Numpad+0 to see the rendering preview
