The 'regg_mapmanager' plugin is missing from description in README.md

It may be better to give grenade after previous one has exploded.
This eliminates problem of grenade spam, and also eliminates case where player throws a grenade and waits for next grenade to be received.(wasting time waiting when they could be killing an enemy).

Accordingly, changes must also be made to source code of mod.

It is suggested to add an additional value of 0.
The behavior with this value is as follows: when the game ends, map is changed to a randomly selected one from list (any maplist).

It's a waste of resources to send information every second. It is easier and more reliable to update information directly at the necessary events.

Currently, task runs every second and a HUD message is displayed to player.
