Getting Started

Cytoid is built in C# with Unity 2019.4.10f1 (Personal).

Because of license restrictions, some plugins/assets used in the project are not included in this repository. View .gitignore for more information.

License

Source code (excluding graphical assets, unless stated otherwise) is distributed under GPL-3.0 License.

Song selection interface scrolling effect improvment 卷页效果改进

Doesn't bounce back very fast when hit the top or the bottom.

Suggestion:
建议：

1. Elastic top & bottom (like scrolling down a list in iOS)
   弹性的顶和底（像苹果里卷页效果一样）
2. Stop when scrolling over a certain distance (like scrolling down a list in Android or in Deemo)
   移动出列表后一小段距离停下（像安卓/Deemo里那样）

Also doesn't let the finger to react with the position where there is no text on the same line (same as outside of the list), which make it less handy.

Right now the sorting is probably by ASCII value only, but it would be better if the songs are sorted like AaBbCcDd instead of ABCDabcd.

Sometimes when returning to the selection menu, the background or the preview music will become that of the first chart listed instead of the current chart.

I think it is necessary to set the start location of scan-line back to the bottom because Cytunity is also starting at the bottom (When page-shift is 0). Charters sometimes consider with the start location while making their chart. It is obviously effected when charting word-pattern or shape-pattern. Although there is a mod "inverse" for transferring the chart, it is not a default choice, or saying "using mod for no mod" is a bit weird. And now some players have already upload their upside-down play on youtube. I think they don't know they have played in actual inverse. So I hope you can make change of it.

On the other hand, I hope the scan-line can be thicker, just a personal thought.

Can't not update levels

Difficult to understand how to play as a player!

The intro looks awesome, but like a title, I downloaded the game on google play, after opening it, as a player I don't clear how to play and add the song to the game. When click Go, data is null and can't play!

Judgment Range of First Link Note 锁链头的判定范围

Currently the range is too big: clicking the center of a note will trigger a black Perfect of the head of a link 1/4 of a screen later. (Example: Togen Renka chart by yyao)

Help with uploading

Hi there, I made a level that I'm trying to upload and I'm having problems with the level.json. I copied the format that was in the wiki (here is my file: https://gyazo.com/08be8c514f0b24b96addb077fed91c19). In notepad i saved it as a .json with the UTF-8 encoding.

By Cytus convention, there should always be two decimal places unless it's TP100, even if they are zeroes.

Auto mod

Hold note starts flashing before the judgment window is reached

If a finger touches the hold note a bit before the note is actually reached, it will start flashing as if it is already in the middle of being judged and can cause some confusion.
