[Enhancements] newer version about cypress-visual-regression

I can't create new projects since I'm not the owner (or missing the privileges). Let's kick it off here, and I'll see about getting them, would be nice to have a decent overview, for now something like this:

• Set up a project to track tasks easily
• Migrate to .ts
• (Testing) General cleanup: Definitely some cleanup needed here.
• (Testing/Contributing) Add in the README file a contributions section with some basic details to get people going who want to contribute. Let's tackle all the problems you already had/noticed.
• (Testing) Docker: warning here that local testing might be more error prone depending on the machine you're using, but there's definitely lots to improve here
• Reporter examples
• Documentation: general cleanup
