Remove calls through powershell by calling java and redirecting outputs in ProcessStartInfo

Wrong keys are generated when dimensions are moved around, which causes errors when trying to retrieve data.

Instead of browsing through source, flow and dimensions, then dragging the key, allow direct input of full key

Try to choose default format from retrieved metadata

Allow user to specify how dates, numbers should be formatted

Ouput from PowerShell seems to have some trouble with accented characters. At the moment, a work around is to set the encoding in the property file: sun.stdout.encoding=UTF-8 but it will then break the output for standalone PowerShell ( it will need [Console]::OutputEncoding = [Text.Encoding]::UTF8)
